gimme some oven | Pork Fried Rice. I have my own fried rice “recipe” but thought I'd try actually following a recipe and see how it came out. Of course I subbed… pork loin for sausage, brown rice … and I didn't really measure. Needed more soy sauce. Otherwise- very yummy and almost “authentic” tasting (“authentic tasting” as in “American Chinese food tasting”)
